How to Book Diani Excursions Online
You do not book a generic “boat morning” and hope the captain appears on the sand. On this site you pick a named Diani activity at a published KES and USD rate, pay a deposit online, and keep the WhatsApp ticket as your confirmation.
That is how Diani Excursions Office works: listed packages, no beach haggling, and a meeting point that depends on what you actually booked — Kisite, jet ski, dhow, kitchen or an airport car.
What You Are Booking in Diani
The form sells seven listed products. Choose the one that matches your day. Do not treat them as interchangeable half-day and full-day marine charters.
Shorter water time
Glass-bottom boat (about 1–1.5 hours), sunset dhow (about 2–2.5 hours) and jet ski (sold per hour) stay closer to Diani. They use the listed rate on the card. Jet ski sessions can be shortened or stopped if the operator judges the sea unsafe.
Land and road
Diani market and the Swahili home kitchen are walking and cooking days. The Mombasa airport transfer is priced per car, one way, between MBA and Diani — not as an add-on to a boat.

Confirm residency for the booking record, then set adults and children. Pick the date. Enter a phone that can receive WhatsApp — that is how the ticket arrives. If you want collection, switch pickup on and type the hotel or villa name in Diani or Ukunda. Leave pickup off if you will reach the meeting point yourself.

Pay the listed amount
The summary should match the package card. Checkout is Pesapal: M-Pesa STK or card. That payment reserves the boat, ski, kitchen slot or car. It does not include KWS tickets, market spending or tips.
Keep the payment summary. Cancellation rules are in the booking and refund policy (48 hours or more for a refund or free date change, subject to availability).

Read the WhatsApp ticket before you leave the hotel
The message names the start time and the place. Kisite guests get a marine-park gate instruction and must have M-Pesa or a bank card for KWS. Jet ski guests get a beach briefing point. Kitchen and market guests get a house or market pin. Transfer guests get a hotel or airport time.

On the Day, Follow the Ticket — Not the Beach Queue
- Kisite / Wasini: Allow extra morning time for the cashless KWS ticket. Life jackets and snorkeling gear are on the boat. Wildlife and reef visibility are not guaranteed.
- Jet ski: The operator’s safety briefing is mandatory. Sessions can be cut short if swell or wind makes the hour unsafe. That does not automatically refund the listed hour.
- Kitchen, market, transfer: Wear walking shoes for land tours. Be ready at the stated hotel time for a transfer — a missed pickup because you were not ready is treated as a completed booking.

Booking Questions Specific to Diani
These are not generic boat-charter FAQs. They match how this site actually sells the South Coast.
Is this a half-day or full-day boat charter only?
No. You book a named package. Only Wasini and Kisite is a full marine-park day. The others are timed activities or a one-way car.
Do I pay Kenya Wildlife Service for every activity?
Only when the itinerary enters Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park. Jet ski, most Diani dhow hours, market, kitchen and airport transfer skip that gate unless the ticket says otherwise.
Why does the form ask for residency?
For the booking record. The charge is the listed rate on the package, not a citizen/resident/peak boat matrix.
Where do we meet?
Wherever the WhatsApp ticket says. There is no single “park gate” for all Diani bookings.
